1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
• An advance payment is required to confirm hotel and transport bookings. The advance amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be completed before the trip start date unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Prices are per person and may vary based on season, group size, and hotel category.

2. Tour Packages

• Itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of itinerary changes, we will provide suitable alternatives of equal or higher value wherever possible.
• Any additional services or activities not included in the package will be charged separately.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed information on cancellation charges and refund procedures.

4. Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents as required for the trip.
• For international tours, valid passport, visa, and other required documents are the traveler's responsibility.
• We provide visa assistance but are not responsible for visa rejections.

5. Travel Insurance

We recommend all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. While we assist with insurance arrangements, travelers are ultimately responsible for their own insurance coverage.

6. Liability

• Pradik Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, activity operators).
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by service providers, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Travelers participate in all activities at their own risk.
• We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the trip.

7. Health & Safety

• Travelers must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their participation in tour activities.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a traveler's condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
• Travelers are advised to consult their doctor before undertaking treks or high-altitude tours.

8. Conduct

Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travelers, local communities, and the environment. We reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund if a traveler's behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful.

10. Governing Law
