Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for all tour packages booked with M/S Pradik Travels.

Cancellation Charges

  • More than 30 days before the trip start date: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Between 30 to 20 days before the trip start date: 40% of the total package cost will be retained as cancellation charges.
  • Between 19 to 15 days before the trip start date: 70% of the total package cost will be retained as cancellation charges.
  • Less than 15 days before the trip start date: 100% of the total package cost will be retained as cancellation charges. No refund will be applicable.

Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–8 business daysand credited to the customer's bank account.
  • No refund request will be entertained after the expiry period of 30 days from the trip start date.
  • Any unclaimed amount related to no-show cases or unused/unutilized bookings shall be considered forfeited and will not be refunded.

Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests must be communicated via email to Pradiktravels@gmail.com or by calling +91 8679169908.
  • The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered as the cancellation date.
  • Refund amounts are calculated based on the total package cost, not the advance paid.
  • Festival season, peak season, and special event bookings may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
